2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through this online shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation e-mail.
3. Products
All works are original artworks or limited editions. Slight variations in colour and finish are part of the artistic character of each piece and do not constitute defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible. Original artworks are sold upon request. Price, shipping and payment are agreed individually by e-mail.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are final and shown in EUR. Shipping costs are added at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed through the payment providers offered at checkout.
5. Shipping
Packages are shipped from Prague once a week, so your order usually leaves within 3–5 working days.
Delivery: CZ 3–4 days | EU 5–10 days | World 15–20 days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Prints are rolled, wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube, insured against loss or damage. Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Cancellation & Returns
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, please e-mail us at mail@marekehrenberger.com with your order number before sending anything back. Prints must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. The refund, including standard delivery costs, is issued within 14 days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

7. Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If a print arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
8. Copyright
All artworks, images and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Marek Ehrenberger. No part of this website may be reproduced, modified, stored or shared for any purpose other than personal use without prior written permission. Buying a work does not transfer any reproduction or commercial usage rights.
Using the artworks for training generative AI is strictly prohibited.
9. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
10. Privacy
When you place an order, we collect your name, address, e-mail and phone number (so the courier can reach you) to process and deliver it and to keep accounting records required by law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). If you contact us by e-mail, we use your details only to reply. Your data are shared only with the services needed to complete your order: the shop platform (Cargo), the payment provider, the shipping carrier and our accountant. Some of them may process data outside the EU under GDPR safeguards. We never receive your card details and never use your data for marketing. Order data are kept for 10 years as required by Czech tax law. The hosting provider automatically stores technical access data (e.g. browser type and abbreviated IP address) to keep the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). These data are not used to identify you and are deleted after a short period. The website uses only technical cookies needed for the shopping cart. No analytics or tracking. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Just write to us at mail@marekehrenberger.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

We have no influence on the content of external websites linked from this site. Responsibility lies with their providers.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the buyer resides remain unaffected. Consumers may turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution. If any provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
13. Amendments
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to each order at the time it is placed.
